Associate Art Producer

Job Summary - We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Associate Game Producer who will be an essential part of our game services team. You will support the delivery of game art content by working closely with artists, designers, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and has an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


What will you do -

  1. Assist in project planning, organising, and tracking project milestones

  2. Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality game art assets.

  3. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients

  4. Ensuring clear, consistent, and proactive communication with internal teams and clients

  5. Coordinate with different departments to maintain task progress.

  6. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.

  7. Ensure assets created are of high quality and are in sync with client specifications.

  8. Maintain project documentation, (Timelines, reports, and feedback logs, etc).

  9. Actively participate in client meetings, document minutes and actions effectively.

  10. Identify areas of process inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance project workflows.


What are we looking for -

  1. 1-2 years of experience in managing game development projects

  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  3. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and projects.

  4. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar project management software.

  5. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring no task falls through the cracks.

  6. Proactive in identifying potential issues and presenting creative solutions.

  7. In Depth understanding of prominent 3D & 2D softwares
